Level Up | Branding

Level UP is a VR arcade company. I was given the task to rebrand and give a new visual identity to this arcade. During this time, AI had just started and given this was a VR company, I wanted to create the visual identity with a new technology. A look back on this endeavour can be found at the bottom of the page.

A note on Artificial Intelligence.

The hyper-realistic illustrations used in this project have all been created with the use of the Midjourney program. While I was pursuing my studies in graphic design, as AI was gaining traction, I wanted to embrace this new tool and solidify the brand identity I had been tasked to create by my professors. Given a professional circumstance, I would have much rather worked alongside a 3D designer and illustrator. I still believe AI can be use as a tool for mockups or first drafts, but never for a replacement for human creativity.
